Extensive management and board experience
Working within hydrological and glaciological research since 1970 and with renewable power development since 1978.
Contact to the national and regional authorities mainly regarding CSR, environmental licenses and concessions for hydro power developments.
Specialist in licensing procedures and dealing with authorities, evaluation of hydropower, wind power and transmission projects and capacity building/coaching/mentoring.

International experience
Based in Arctic, Antarctic, US, Bhutan and Palestine in addition to work experience in Lao PDR, Turkey and Balkan countries.

Educational background 
University of Oslo, BSc Geography, Tradition, Geology, Social anthropology, MSc Geophysics, Glaciology, Norwegian National Defense College, several courses in Administration and Management.
